evaluating medical history, diagnosing conditions, prescribing
treatments, and coordinating referrals when neededOrder and
interpret diagnostic tests and lab workPerform minor procedures and
deliver clear guidance to patients about treatment plans and
follow-up careMaintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical
recordsEducate patients on preventative care, lifestyle
modifications, and chronic disease managementParticipate in quality
improvement initiatives and clinic performance reviewsCollaborate
with specialists, care teams, and community health resources to
ensure continuity of careServe as a clinical resource and mentor
for support staff as neededAssist in meeting public health and
compliance goals, such as immunizations and health screeningsStay
current on medical advancements, treatment protocols, and
pharmaceutical updatesWhat You Need For This Job:Medical degree (MD
or DO) or Masters/Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse
Practitioner program (FNP)Current and unrestricted license to
practice in the state of Alaska (or ability to obtain)Board
certification (or board eligibility) in Family Medicine, Internal
Medicine, or applicable specialtyDEA registration and BLS/ACLS
certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)Must reside in
or near Wasilla, Alaska or willing to relocate.Have general
knowledge of EMR software and Outlook ProgramsAbility to read and
comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and
memos.Ability to frequently stand; walk; sit; stoop; kneel; crouch;
crawl.Ability to lift and/or move up to 25-50 lbs.Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
