& Surgical Solutions Specialist, you will have the opportunity to

innovative and diverse people around the country. We seek an
experienced sales rep to manage a sales territory focused on
customer support, growth and strong relationships. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of selling,
territory management and portfolio growth. Responsibilities:
- Account and territory management to deliver sustainable
business growth based on targets / quotas
- Leverage hospital network / existing contracts / alternative
departments and sites of service to identify penetration &
conversion opportunities
- Drive contract compliance and standardization
opportunities
- Persuade key stakeholders at account to advocate for proposed
solutions and products
- Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities &
constraints
- Relationship management with key clinical and economic
stakeholders
- Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of
products
- Offer new and ongoing in-service, education, technical support
and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed
- Increase mix of NPIs
- Use data and analytics to inform business planning
- Complete essential business-tracing requirements by maintaining
sales call data by entering into SalesforceCompany VehicleThis
position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require
pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for
candidates who are offered and hired for this position.Your Skills
and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one,
Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND two (2) years of sales and/or
clinical experience in a private, public, government or military
environmentOR
- High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of sales, clinical or
related experience ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the
following are also required:
- Current, valid Driver's LicenseAdditional qualifications that
could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience calling on the Operating Room, Central Supply,
Sterile Processing, Infection Prevention, ICU, ER, Vascular Access
teams, Environmental Service, Endoscopy, Nurse Educators, Materials
Management/Supply Chain, BioMed staff in the acute care
setting
- Effective skills in communicating clinical and business
solutions to customers
- Experience working with distribution partners
- Experience with GPO's /national contracts, including
negotiation and distribution management
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology, processes,
and procedures
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales toolsAdditional

is $141,775 - $173,280, which includes base pay plus variable
incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith
estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a
candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to,
the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work
location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be
