• Certification Details
• AWHONN intermediate Fetal Monitoring or NCC-EFM certification required
• Required Certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS
  • Job Details
  • RN position available
  • Shift: 7:00PM - 7:30 AM
  • Unit: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
  • Start: ASAP
  • Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have OR circulator experience
    • Must have Labor and delivery experience
    • Perform SVE and place IUPC and FSE
    • Be stork nurse and transition baby at delivery
    • Typical procedures performed: Induction, C-Section, Vaginal delivery, D&C, cerclage, versions and bilateral tubal ligation, Triage, NST, OB injections, OP infusions, IUFD care
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift for the Traveler: Night Shift
      • Patient Ratios: 1:3 variable by census and acuity
      • On Call Requirements: 2 shifts on call per four-week schedule
      • Weekend Requirements: 2 weekends, but variable depending on staffing
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Type of equipment: GE fetal monitors, Panda warmers, IUPC, Kiwi vac., Koala IUPC
        • EMR: Epic and CPN connect
        • Dress Code: Hospital provided royal blue scrubs (would change in the facility)
        • Unit Guidelines/Policies: No elective pre 39 week deliveries, Pitocin Protocol, HTN and PP hemorrhage protocols, malignant hyperthermia protocols

          • Level II NICU with onsite pediatric hospitalists
