  • # of ORs: 4
  • Years of experience REQ: 1.5 plus national certificate
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend REQ: Yes, based on unit's needs
  • BLS REQ: Yes
  • On-Call REQ: Yes, 7 days in 12 weeks
  • Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, ambulatory float
  • Floating Req to Sister Facilities: To be discussed in interview
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed in the interview
  • Locals accepted: No, local radius rule? 100 miles or less
  • Pending State License accepted: Compact accepted at time of submittal but must have AK license prior to starting for Acute specialties
  • RTO Restrictions: Yes, Max of one week RTO, but must make up at the end and expect to work facility's holiday schedule
  • Guaranteed Hours: Yes, up to 36 hours with expectation to cover breaks and lunches, and a 40-hour workweek guarantee for OR nurses and techs

    • Ortho, general, neuro, and trauma experience required
    • Clean and turn rooms with a 20 min turn around

      • Must work weekends and may work some holidays
      • On-call requirement of 7 days in 12 weeks

        • Special Requirements: Scrub, NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assist) for OR Scrub/Surg Techs
        • Guaranteed hours for OR nurses and techs may include additional 4 hours to cover breaks and lunches
