You will have the ability to delegate work responsibilities based on team member strengths, developmental needs, and workload. You will have the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of staff performance and implement training and development accordingly. You will work with the Director on department staffing, hiring, evaluating, guiding, disciplining, and scheduling of staff. You will have the ability to retain and recruit sufficient and qualified staff for effective operations. You will manage compliance with budget and financial metrics. You will support hospital-wide initiatives and work to foster positive relationships between the CSIC and all other departments. What qualifications you will need? Current RN licence in the State of Alaska Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or enrolled in a programme within 12 months.
