COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS C & A Psychiatry (PSY) BASE: $320K Per years experience - NO STATE TAX - keep more off the top Relocation - $30,000 Sign on - 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE Retention -10% of annual salary at 2 year mark Educational assistance: Yes Yearly Base Increase up to 5% PTO: Yes 400 hour carry over/or payout of not used.
