OPTIMAL PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT
- Premier, independent orthopedic surgery group in Alaska
covering all subspecialties
- Level 2 trauma center - serves as referral center for most of
Alaska
- Full-time general surgery trauma service 24/7
- Low call expectations: - 1 day per week and approximately 8
weekend days per year

- 5-OR Surgery Center
- 9-bed, short-stay assisted living facility
- Multiple Injury Walk-In Clinics - 7 days week (staffed by PA's
with MD backup rotating with group call)
- Care team model for optimal patient direct access and
convenient "high-touch" care experience including dedicated
surgical PA's
- Comprehensive physical & occupational therapy
department
- Rheumatology & infusion department
- Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Primary Care
- Custom casting & orthotics department
- MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, Bone Densitometry
- Athletic trainers (ATCs) covering all area high schools and
many other sports events
- Surgical PA or NP support

- Orthopedic trauma fellowship
- Board certified/eligible
