NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Biomedical Technician to join our team at the Goose Creek Correctional Facility located in Wasilla, AK. The Biomedical Technician is responsible for the proper maintenance and function of all medical equipment in the dialysis unit or group of units; maintenance of an adequate inventory of medical treatment and supplies; and ensuring proper water and dialysis solution delivery to the dialysis machines, maintaining AAMI Standards of water treatment practice. Position Requirements: The successful candidate will have three to five years experience repairing and Maintaining Fresenius dialysis machines; valid CPR Certification. Performance Expectations: Ensure all equipment is functioning in accordance with manufacturer's specifications Develop, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment Ensure disinfection of water delivery system Collaborate to evaluate and recommend purchasing of new equipment and supplies Conduct emergency equipment repair when necessary If you want a career that will make a difference, choose the company that is different.
