Ambulatory RN

Description
Looking for a compassionate RN with good critical thinking,
communication and organizational skills. RN will be responsible for
handling initial patient assessments, performing laboratory work
and point of care testing. The ambulatory RN will collaborate with
Physicians on discharge plans and create outpatient instructions
for patients that are not admitted to the hospital. Must have at
least one year of relevant experience.
