(Capstone Clinic) is looking to hire a full-time medical assistant
to join our team!Schedule: Monday-Friday Benefits: Medical, Dental,

401(k), 401(k) employer matchSummaryAssists in the examination and
treatment of patients under the direction of the Physician by
performing the following duties: Essential Duties and
ResponsibilitiesInterviews patients, measures vital signs, such as
pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and
records information on patients' charts.Prepares treatment rooms
for examination of patients.Phlebotomy and processing labs; running
diagnostic tests; calling patients with results.Drapes patients
with covering and positions instruments and equipment.Hands
instruments and materials to doctor as directed.Cleans and
sterilizes instruments.Assist current medical assistants with
patient care and phlebotomy.Inventories and orders medical supplies
and materials.Operates electrocardiograph (EKG), and other
equipment to administer routine diagnostic test or calls. medical
facility or department to schedule patients for tests.Gives
injections or treatments and performs routine laboratory
tests.Schedules appointments, performs secretarial tasks, and
completes insurance forms.Keys data into computer to maintain
office and patient records. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job
has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this
job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or

equivalent combination of education and experience. Language
SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small
group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the
organization.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry
out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability
to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in
standardized situations. Computer SkillsTo perform this job
successfully, an individual should have knowledge of eClinical
Works EMR and Outlook programs. Certificates, Licenses,
RegistrationsHigh School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, Preferred
Current Medical Assistant certification Physical DemandsThe
