Description $10K hiring/sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Physical Therapist Providence Transitional Care Center Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates physical therapy services under the prescription of physician licensed in the State of Alaska. Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Alaska or eligible for licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or upon hire Preferred qualifications:

This unit is about stability and the work is fun and challenging. It has 12-18 Medicare beds.
