Description This is a per diem/on call position. Patient Services Coordinator RN - Forest View Supervises, directs, and provides services to patients to maintain the greatest level of functioning, independence, and recovery. Is a resource person for Patient Guides (PG's) and assist's them with their duties as needed. Completes health monitoring and coordination of patient services. Required qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited approved School of Nursing
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Alaska
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• Strong assessment skills Preferred qualifications:
  • Prior experience in transitional and/or long term care. Forest View provides a rapid recovery environment for patients requiring a variety of nursing and physical therapy services for a short period of time following their surgery at one of the local surgery centers in Anchorage.
