POSITIONSUMMARY:A Medical Oncology Unit Registered Nurse (RN)
renders individualized comprehensive nursing care tomeet patients'
physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural andeducational
needs. - The Medical OverflowUnit - RN provides the best
possiblepreventative, supportive, and - nursingcare to each patient
based upon the nursing process and in accordance withhospital
policy and procedure; coordinates functions with physicians and
otherdepartments of the hospital in a spirit that fosters positive
workingrelationships. - The Medical OverflowUnit - RN works
collaboratively withSocial Service and Pastoral care to support and
provide families emotional andend of life resources such as Hospice
to facilitate a dignified end. LICENSE REQUIRED: - Registered Nurse
