A company is looking for a Bilingual Mandarin Client Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
Drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and overall client
health
Strategize with clients to connect their business goals and
challenges with company's products and services
Required Qualifications:
Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional fluency in
English
2-3 years of experience in customer success or similar
client-facing roles
Strong project management skills
Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
Experience in a consumer-driven industry is a plus
