Company: Quantem Aviation ServicesQUANTEM AVIATION SERVICES, LLCa member of General Manager of Operations is a premier aviation support provider specializing in ground handling, cargo, mail operations, and passenger services.As we embark on our next phase of domestic and international growth of our business services, we have an exciting opportunity available for a strong operations leader based in Anchorage, AK, where our presence is currently established.Reporting to the Business Area Director, the General Manager of Operations is the senior leader responsible for providing oversight and management of all aspects of day-to-day operations for our ground handling cargo and mail as well as other aircraft service lines of business. Your key accountabilities include fiscal responsibility; providing service including people, culture and customer; operational efficiency; strategic planning and initiative.As the ideal candidate, your qualifications include:

• BA/BS in related field of study required
• Equivalent combination of education and personal experience considered.
• Valid US driver's license
• Successful completion of required background and clearance requirements
• General Manager Experience within Industry with 5 + years of Management Experience in Ramp Operations
• Must have 5 years General Manager Experience handling large ramp operations and demonstrated ability to manage budgets
• A broad range of airline operational experience including but not limited to customer service, operations, maintenance, flight operations, facility requirements, airport management and safety/regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of regulatory and airline policies, warehouse procedures, operating station equipment, and aircraft handling procedures
• Excellent time management, basic accounting, intermediate level of computer skills and a high level of interpersonal skills are also required
