Manager, Client Success - FedEx Surround The Manager, Client Success will be a critical part of the Dataworks team with a mission to drive data/digital revenue for FedEx via customer acquisition and onboarding, working with Dataworks teams and the FedEx Enterprise commercial engine. The candidate will be expected to effectively manage resources, maintain project schedules, and ensure customer are onboarded on time. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers to grow their digital revenue, identify opportunities for increasing services and oversee technology, marketing, and creative team-driven initiatives. Essential Responsibilities: Become a subject matter for FedEx Surround and related digital products, for both the customer and the larger FedEx Sales organization Accelerate customer onboarding and revenue generation, identify areas to further empower the sales and customer, working with product and go to market teams to simplify workflow. Support business activities including, but not limited to, Sales and Sales pipeline reporting, value quantification tools, pitch deck development, pricing support and contract negotiation support; Sales Organization Support including, but not limited to, incentives, customer alignment and Sales training development and support; Sales Process Management including, but not limited to, continuous improvement of Sales process/strategy, alignment with key internal and external partners (e.g., legal, pricing, etc.), introduction of new tools and technologies to advance selling process and other special projects as assigned. Travel will be required Skills/Knowledge Considered a plus: Strong understanding/experience with FedEx digital and transportation product portfolio including services such as FedEx Monitoring & Intervention program, Healthcare portfolio etc. Strong customer orientation, ability to read and parse customer situations and recommend right engagement approach Knowledge of customer service in an operational environment Demonstrated expertise in the fields of Global supply chain management, Digital innovation in logistics, Data analytics, Customer-facing technical selling Strong project management experience including leadership of complex, multi-organizational projects with executive visibility Detailed knowledge of all facets of global supply chain including fulfillment, customs clearance, air/trucking networks, last mile, reverse logistics and information systems Experience working directly with or presenting to executive leadership on topics associated with supply chain strategy/optimization Possess the ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment Has the capability to quickly adapt to changing priorities Self-motivated and decisive Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Product Marketing, Economics, business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline. Five (5) years directly related experience in Product Management, Market analysis, planning, research or equivalent. Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Demonstrated computer skills. Strong basic management, human relations, communication, and analytical skills. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Excellent business acumen, organizational awareness, human relations, and communication skills required. Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
