SolutionsLocation: Americas (remote position)JOB SUMMARYWe are
seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven leader of
training who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will
focus on implementing training strategies/plans for new or existing
client accounts. The ideal candidate is both strategic and
execution focused.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProactively contribute to the
ongoing development of training process and collateral for GWS
transitions- Lead and develop training strategies and plans for all
impacted stakeholder groups across multiple client projects; work
closely with workstream leaders to identify training needs and
schedule- Track training initiatives and execute weekly/monthly
reports and dashboards- Assist with training content development
and standardization- Support the overall transition training
strategy- Stay up to date on best practices both internally and
externally and serve as a conduit for introducing and integrating
those practices to ensure continual "best in class"
approachSUPERVISORY/LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES- Show proactive
leadership among the project and client teams, but does not have
direct supervisory responsibilities in this position- Comfortable
with presenting to large groups (virtually and in person) and in
interacting with senior client and CBRE leaders**QUALIFICATIONS**To

teams**-** Fundamental understanding of all aspects of the
Corporate Real Estate and FM business a plus**EDUCATION and
EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES**- Bachelor's degree in
Business, Learning & Leadership, Education, or Human
Resources/People Support- 5+ years of experience in Learning &
Development field is requiredKnowledge of online Learning
Management System (LMS) preferredKCBRE carefully considers multiple
factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's
education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the
Communications & Media Manager position is $80,000 annually [or
$38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Communications &
Media Manager position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour].
The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will
depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary
bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.CBRE is an equal
