This role will focus on implementing training strategies/plans for new or existing client accounts. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution focused.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProactively contribute to the ongoing development of training process and collateral for GWS transitions- Lead and develop training strategies and plans for all impacted stakeholder groups across multiple client projects; work closely with workstream leaders to identify training needs and schedule- Track training initiatives and execute weekly/monthly reports and dashboards- Assist with training content development and standardization- Support the overall transition training strategy- Stay up to date on best practices both internally and externally and serve as a conduit for introducing and integrating those practices to ensure continual "best in class" approachSUPERVISORY/LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES- Show proactive leadership among the project and client teams, but does not have direct supervisory responsibilities in this position- Comfortable with presenting to large groups (virtually and in person) and in interacting with senior client and CBRE leaders**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Communications & Media Manager position is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Communications & Media Manager position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
