This position provides field or regional oversight, coordination,
and supervision of personnel involved in providing a client's
security and property protection activities. This position is
responsible for developing and delivering security training
programs with associated records management.
In addition to the Security Manager job responsibilities, this
position with have a strong emphasis on creating, implementing and
ensuring compliance with training programs related to contract
requirements, regulatory agencies and the employer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary focus is roving from contract to contract to fill staffing
voids and help address staffing issues.
Develops training modules as needed for security staff.
Organizes and/or presents training to security staff using various

Supervises operational procedures and activities for a client's

addressing complaints and resolving problems.
High school diploma or GED
Two years' post-secondary
education (candidates without such education need an additional two
Must have at least ten (10)
years law enforcement experience in the last twenty (20) years that

Must have completed a
recognized instructor development course.

experience providing training to law enforcement or security
