Partner with the best

As a AMO Manager, you will lead a team providing maintenance services to our customers field locations. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You'll mentor your team in their own career development and growth to ensure high-performance and collaboration.

As an AMO Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring safe and reliable equipment is delivered to platform operations in a cost effective and efficient manner

Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values, adopting a safety culture

Identifying potential enhancements in processes and procedures to implement and improve

Managing an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.

Applying Lean methodology to ensure efficiency and quality expectations are met

Driving people development and career progression for all team members with the functional management team

Managing AMO, operating and administrative costs, while responsible for the P&L of the plant operations

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)

Have 3 years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul

Have interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others

Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Have experience of working in a production, operation, assembly or maintenance environment

Display effective problem identification and solution skills

Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - SAP

Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English
