Account Manager - Completions & Wellbore Intervention

As an Account Manager with Completions and Wellbore Intervention, you'll demonstrate leadership with communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for yourself and others.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Defend the safety & quality performance upon which the Baker Hughes brand is built by anticipating customer needs & affirming adherence to standards when rapid response is required
Close sufficient profitable business to assure revenue/margin plan is achieved in spite of activity & delivery risks
Develop strong personal relationships to understand customer needs, influence decisions, & drive results to improve their business
Propose technical solutions to customer specific applications & remain engaged through successful execution to payment
Report the activity pipeline for your accounts to support quantifying industry spend & Baker Hughes share/plan
Maintain an accurate forecast of activity to operations for equipment & capacity planning purposes

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Account Sales.
4+ years of experience as a field specialist/running tools
Experience with upper completions, multilaterals, & wellbore intervention
Demonstrated capacity to influence & lead others
Excellent listening, spoken, & written communication skills in English
Ability to balance multiple simultaneous external & internal demands
Precise observation skills & strong problem solving ability
Experience with liner hanger systems

Proven analytical and organizational ability.
