Bedrock Petroleum Consultants is currently looking to hire an experienced Senior Account Manager to be based remotely out of Anchorage, Alaska. The Senior Account Manager will be the key driver and owner of our key Client Accounts in the Region.The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:* Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction* Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact* Establish yourself as the key point of contact to all contract staff, ensuring a responsive attitude, consistency in approach and providing first class service* Demonstrate consistent performance in securing vacancies and delivering on those vacancies through recruiting highly qualified candidates. * Lead the recruitment efforts for all Client Account vacancies and work in collaboration with the recruitment team in Houston when additional support is needed to service the client.* Establish a personal brand, becoming recognized as an industry subject matter expert for the Client Account, through networking and delivering value-adding solutions.* Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the Client Account's recruitment process and compliance requirements, including background checks, drug and alcohol screens and trainings.* Represent Bedrock externally to referral opportunities, in a manner which allows you to efficiently identify candidate needs and establish the features and benefits that our business can deliver to overcome such needs.* Work closely with regional peers to support development of national business opportunities with the Client Account throughout the US.Experience: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience* 5+years previous experience within the O&G or Recruitment Industry* Proven track record in Account Management and/or Business Development* Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills* Strong organizational skills, smart and methodical, demonstrating ability to multitask and prioritize.* Team player who can also take initiative and work in an autonomous fashion.
