Job Description Job Description Job Summary - 1st and 3rd Shift The Industrial Maintenance Technician provides safe, timely mechanical and electrical support for industrial manufacturing machinery. This includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, repair, and problem resolution across a variety of automated and mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment. Provide mechanical and electrical support to ensure minimal downtime and safe operations. Shadow experienced team members for continuous learning and skill enhancement. Use hand tools and complete required production and maintenance documentation. Maintain clean and safe work areas. Work overtime as needed and perform additional duties assigned by supervision. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with understanding of industrial processes. Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3?phase power, and control systems. Experience working with or understanding PLCs, especially Allen Bradley and Control Techniques. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, including AutoCAD. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, databases). Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast?paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. Previous experience with CMMS (e.g., Maintenance Connection) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Ability to fabricate machine parts from drawings. Project?management experience and desire for advancement within the facility. Work Environment Must be able to work various shifts and overtime based on production needs. Fast?paced industrial manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
