Job Description:
As a TruckPro Transmission / Differential Rebuilder , you are
joining a thriving Rebuild Shop and will perform bench repairs on
customer transmission and differential units as well as PTOs and
other gear components. You will also grind flywheels and bend
u-joints according to customer specifications. TruckPro Benefits:

Day Shift Work Hours: Monday – Friday – No weekends! Key
Responsibilities Include: Performing bench repairs on customer
transmission and differential units Repairing PTOs and other gear
components Grinding flywheels and bending u-joints according to
customer specifications. Disassembling unit components; wash parts,
inspect parts, prep parts and discard all damaged parts Preparing a
list of required replacement parts on work orders Paint and clean
new parts Reassemble and assign serial number to unit Submit work
order for invoicing Perform basic welding functions Inform
customer/manager of completion times, services expenses, and
possible changes Clean work area as required and maintain
equipment; Adhere to all environmental, health and safety standards
Successful Candidates Will Have: Mechanic experience, automotive or
commercial vehicle preferred Automotive, Light-Duty, or Heavy-Duty
Repair experience Your own set of basic hand tools required for the
job, or willingness to purchase tools as needed Ability to safely
lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods Initiative to
address challenges and seek solutions Excellent communication
skills (oral & written) Customer service orientation Valid driver’s
