Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Genesys Contact Center
Technology Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and troubleshoot Contact Center as a Service
(CCaaS) solutions
Support and maintain the contact center platform, including voice,
chat, and SMS
Collaborate with partner technical teams to design and implement
integrations with Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level
CCaaS platforms, specifically Genesys Cloud
Functional knowledge of contact center architecture, solution
design, and reporting tools
Experience in building and maintaining custom integrations and
applications using vendor-provided APIs
Knowledge of SIP, SIPREC, and WebRTC
Experience supporting and implementing contact center solutions in
a remote environment
