Job Description:
Adjunct faculty are responsible for teaching courses in the
Applied Technologies Leadership program. The instructor is
responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of the students,
contributing to curriculum development, and maintaining up-to-date
knowledge of subject areas. The ability to work with colleagues and
students of various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds is a
must. The BS in Applied Technologies Leadership is a degree
completion program for students with AAS degrees or who have
accumulated technical credits they need to put towards a bachelor’s
degree. Our students come from extremely diverse professional,
educational, and personal backgrounds. We provide maximum
flexibility because most already work fulltime. The ability to work
with colleagues and students of various cultural and socio-economic
backgrounds is a must.

To thrive in this role, applicants should be knowledgeable in at
least one of the following or closely related fields: *applied
anthropology, linguistics, psychology, sociology, and/or another

and delivering engaging educational content and activities aligned
with course and program student learning outcomes. Minimum
Qualifications: Minimum: 18 graduate credits in a related field or
more Preferred: Higher education teaching experience Position
Details: This is a part-time, adjunct instructor position. Minimum
salaries are set by the United Academic - Adjunct, AAUP-AT/AFL-CIO
collective bargaining agreement. Salaries may vary based upon
education and experience. This is a pooled position and
