Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Join a
dynamic educational environment in Chugiak, AK, as a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) for the full 2026-2027 school year. This onsite,
contract position offers an engaging opportunity to support
students' communication needs across approximately two elementary
schools, serving around 47 students. Candidates must hold valid
Alaska certification and licensure to be considered. Key
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language
services tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and
implement effective intervention plans Conduct assessments, track
student progress, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance
with school policies Participate actively in team meetings and
contribute to a positive learning environment Qualifications and
Experience: Certification and licensure to practice in Alaska as an
SLP or SLPA Experience in school-based speech-language pathology
preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
manage a diverse caseload effectively Position Details: Location:
Chugiak, Alaska Contract duration: August 14, 2026 May 27, 2027
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8.5 hours per day with a
30-minute unpaid lunch) Onsite position; no telecommuting (VOCO)
