Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
position offers an opportunity for licensed Speech-Language
Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
(SLPAs) to provide onsite services in an educational setting in Big
Lake, AK. The role focuses on supporting approximately two schools,
primarily serving elementary students. This full-time assignment
requires dedication to onsite presenceremote or voice-over-client
(VOCO) services are not available. Responsibilities include
managing a caseload of around 47 students, providing speech and
language assessments, individualized treatment plans, and progress
monitoring to meet the needs of the school community. Collaborating
with educators and families is essential to facilitate student
success. Qualifications: Certification and licensure to practice as
an SLP or SLPA in Alaska are mandatory. Experience working with
school-age children, particularly in elementary settings. Strong
communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage a diverse
caseload efficiently. Location and Schedule: Big Lake, AK
Full-time, 40 hours per week (8.5 hours daily with a 30-minute
