Job Description:

hours per pay period 11-hour shifts, 7 shifts per week Start times
between 6:30am and 9:30am Variety of patients including adolescents
and adult detox Outpatient primary health for ages 4 and up New
patient visits 1-2 hours, follow-ups 30 min-1 hour H&Ps must be
completed within 24 hours of admission Minimum 12 months experience
