Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in our automobile facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all specifications are met by conducting final inspections at the end of the production line. You will assess each part for any defects, such as flash, scratches, dents, or chips. Using micrometers and calipers, you will perform spot checks to verify product quality before loading for delivery. THIS ROLE REQUIRES TO BE SHIFT FLEXIBLE, with opportunities available for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities Inspect parts for defects such as flash, scratches, dents, or chips. Perform spot checks using micrometers and calipers to ensure quality specifications are met. Load inspected parts for delivery and ensure proper labeling. Maintain a production rate of inspecting and loading 25-30 parts per hour. Adapt to changing shifts as required, including 2nd and 3rd shifts. Essential Skills 2 years of manufacturing experience in a production or machine operator role. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Homer, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $23.13/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
