We are looking for a B-Level Auto Technician to join our team in Anchorage, AK. This is a full-time role that pays $28 per hour plus bonuses based on billed hours . ABOUT YOUR POSITION AS A B-LEVEL AUTO TECHNICIAN As a B-Level Auto Technician, you diagnose and perform moderate repairs and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles. From oil changes and tire services to brakes and suspension work, you handle 80% of vehicle systems independently. In this dynamic auto repair role, you rely on tools like ALLDATA, Identifix, and PRODEMAND to diagnose issues efficiently, ensuring that repairs are completed correctly the first time. You track your billed hours, meet performance targets, and maintain a callback rate under 3%. When needed, you collaborate with senior technicians to solve more complex issues. What It Takes to Join the Team: 3 years of experience as an automotive technician Proficiency in ALLDATA, Identifix, and PRODEMAND Ability to diagnose and repair most vehicle systems independently ASE A1-A4 certifications ( or the willingness to obtain within 6 months) TIA & BG certifications (must be completed within 90 days) Own complete toolset for moderate repairs Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs READY TO APPLY?
