A company is looking for an Operations Reporting Analytics Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement a performance reporting infrastructure and process improvement practices to drive operational performance
Create management tools and operating processes to align daily activities with corporate goals and drive continuous improvement
Support middle management team in optimizing performance and improving quality of care for members

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in integrated healthcare delivery system organizations, managed care or health insurance companies, or population health services companies
Ability to independently manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams
Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis
Experience implementing structure, reliable operations, and continuous improvement in a high-growth, unstructured environment
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
