Job Description:
Have you completed CA A201, CA A202 or CA A224 at UAA? If so,
here is an exciting opportunity to work within the Culinary Arts
program! Duties as assigned in the kitchen, bakery, or dining room
labs which may include: ?Assist instructor with class ?Manage
reservations and point of sale systems ?Inventory Control ?Customer
Service ?FOH duties ?Cash handling and till reconciliation ?BOH
duties Minimum Qualifications: Completion of CA A201, CA A202,
and/or CA A224 or equivalent experience and ServSafe Food
Protection Manager certification. Position Details: This is a
part-time position up to 20 hours per week while school is in
session. Additional hours may be available during the summer and
winter breaks. Starting hourly rate is $16.00/hr. This is a pooled
position, which means that the position remains open over the
