Description Senior Administrative Coordinator Employee
(Caregiver) Health The Administrative Coordinator (AC) is
responsible for providing ongoing administrative support services
for Caregiver Health Services (CHS) for Providence Saint Joseph
Health. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, preparing
reports, meeting preparation and other logistical matters.
Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate employee health
records and adherence to policies and procedures. The CHS AC
assists the Caregiver Health Services team with all aspects of the
clinic, such as scheduling, ordering of supplies and data input.
This position may coordinate and/or assist with the development,
implementation and promotion of CHS wellness and injury prevention
initiatives and activities. Providence caregivers are not simply

Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as clerical/receptionist in a health care
setting
- 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.)
