Office Manager: A local medical office in Downtown Asheville is looking for someone to jump in and help run their office. You will be helping the office as they help our community. If you were working there now, here are some of the things you would have done last week: You will answer the phone and documenting the information You will do daily clerical data entry work You will be calling to schedule appointments and confirm appointments You will greet individuals as they arrive You will help with insurance (if needed) You might even help with marketing Take on other unexpected tasks like a superhero Here are some things to keep in mind: This position does require a background check General Job highlights: Pay range of $20-$24/hr Located in Asheville Professional/Relaxed atmosphere What we look for: You should have experience working in an office setting and dealing with clients You will need to be able to answer the phone and have great customer service Schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30am-6:00pm and Tuesday and Friday 1/2 days Three Ways To Apply: (choose one) Resumes may be emailed to Call our office 828-654-8101 Visit our office (1979 Hendersonville Rd.
