Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior IAR Associate
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver advice and provide solutions to customers by phone or video
chat
Educate and provide advice and guidance on investment, advisory,
insurance, and annuity products
Nurture customer relationships and close leads through a strong
lead management system
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent
work experience
3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
Financial knowledge and product expertise in insurance, annuities,
and investments
Series 7 and 63 Life/Health required, 65 or 66 required or obtained
within 90 days after hire
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant
(ChFC) preferred
