The Controller provides support to the administrative team and
directly to the CFO. The position provides financial, statistical,
and productivity support to the facility leadership team, and is
directly responsible for the management of the finance department
within the confines of company policy, GAAP, and federal
regulation. This position manages the daily finance activities
including supervising and reviewing performance of accounting staff
and Decision Support service staff. This individual is also
responsible for processing and preparing journal entries and
balance sheet reconciliations and basic office duties.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or
4 years experience in Finance or Accounting preferred.
3 years progressive experience in supervision in Finance or
Professional accounting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Problem-solving abilities and decisive leadership.
Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
